u know, im the only guy dat wears a tie to meetings dat actually goes out in the field when needed.. getting my hands dirty, freezing my painus and all...

my collegues at the same seniority level doing similar work NEVER goes out of his/her way to do this.

result: kenchan wins business despite hard times. others as won ZERO business..
