How does the STI compare to the Z? Are you going to put a tune on it?

Morning all. Baby countdown it's under way. Doc said she could come at any time. Got the car seat installed in the wife's car. It's an adjustment turning around and seeing it back there. I'm not traveling again until mid-april, I forgot how nice it is to be home every night. Not sure what I want to do now after baby is born.

Today is sunny but cooler. Debating if I want to wash the cars but looks like rain M-W so may hold off.

the STI drives very nice like the Z actually... a sports car in a family car disguise. i probably will do the cobb accessport, but that's about it on the car. ive not been able to wot it yet cause in break-in period, but thing is fast even partial throttle close-ish to redline. :D brakes are also very good.

i wouldn't replace my Z for it, but considering it drives better and faster than my G, i was thinking retiring her and still getting that IS later. haha.. :icon17:

Pros of a factory turbo car. Simple tune can unleash so much. Glad you like it, I'm really a fan of the latest gen STI, they've really 'grown up' if you know what I mean.

maybe you can talk to ur company to see if u can work local clients for a few yrs. my company allowed that for me where my other staff just went on the long trips on my behalf. my kids are old enough now to stay home by themselves now so ive been traveling a lot more this year, will probably do a handful of international trips too this yr.

yah, ive been reading up on the accessport and it appears to provide a better AFR at wider throttle angles + noticeable bump in torque, so definitely interested. as for the looks, it's plenty ugly in a good manly way. :D i thought i get more comments on the wing, but noon has mentioned it to me.

i get A LOT of compliments from guys and boys... and even grandpa's.. :rofl2:
