yah, the pain gets worse when i keep still.. like sitting at the office. ive been stretching and moving around as much as possible today.

funny how i had no issue while lifting my wheels and stuff, but when i went to pick up my little air pump...

my kids were kinda surprised to see dad broken. especially by a little air pump.

Rest and time again till recovered... Mild stretching once the pain is eliminated or gone to be safe a disc in your back was not damaged

its not the weight of the object its how we bend at a certain angle that can cause havoc on our spines

Please let us know on Tuesday if you feel better

thanks. i dont think it's my disc, it's a pulled muscle around my tail bone area.
