This dealer has a detailing department. After the second application attempt, they had the head detailer come out and meet me and confirm that he was going to personally do it the third time. Let's just say I wasn't impressed when they delivered the car with a long, faint scratch on the trunk still. To show them there were no hard feelings - my expectations were pretty low

- I brought them several dozen donuts later that morning.

I'll just file a claim under warranty some time in the next five years to get the scratch fixed

hahaha! yah, if u keep ur expectations low, then we can feel satisified.

It is amazing what low expectations can do for you

I try to keep other people's expectations of me as low as possible all the time. That way I am always at least meeting them and occasionally exceeding them even with half-a$$ed effort
