im happy to hear j-land is going to officially award gold, silver, and bronze sushi chef licences globally. which means if u dont have one, u suckarse as a sushi chef.

tired of going to some sushi place and getting some faktardianated gas station sushi.

they shouldve implemented this LONG time ago..

but it is not a bad thing to be ignorant.. i sometimes prefer dat i was more ignorant so i dont get so critical about little things. things dat i didnt even notice before, i wanna keep it dat way.

I went to Jiro's sons restaurant in NYC last year. Nothing has been the same since. No sushi has cost me over $500 though either for a omakase experience.

ure into cooking right? go to japan and try the foods there. the best chefs go to japan for the culinary experience. you have to go there at least once if you call yourself a chef.
