I thought Japanese culture inhibits being taffy apples and eating healthy so you live longer than people from the west.

i think the primary reason why u dont see taffyapples in most j-cities is because people are forced to walk. and i mean they walk A LOT.. up an down flights of stairs to get on the train and all.. in like heat index 120F weather

in the summer..

only when i thought i got pretty use to my lunges i do in the am, i noticed i wasnt going low enough... needs more low and i was like FAK

back to getting kicked in the arse again.

i like exercise where i dont need any tools. this way i can do it even while im traveling
