there should be a page where we can select the names we want to rep and just automate the rep process on a daily basis.

That's too easy. The current process is more personable.

But...

It takes forever and I never remember when my count is set up or how many I have left.

Maybe a spread sheet with 2 column's name and a message. Then a row for each rep you want to give with a timer at the bottom.

it does.. and just a pita to rep from a smartphone cause u need to open a tab in the background and then type something then enter.
