I honestly believe that these photos should always be exposed to the public after investigation. If a member of my family, friends or myself were involved in a major accident I would want people to see how dramatic and awful car and truck accidents are, and how they can change your life in an instant.
I was involved in a wreck that totaled my car in 1999. I had a passenger and I hit a 7500lb boulder at 45 MPH. I hit two smaller boulders first and threw them over 50 feet each. I was drunk and I am happy everyday I am alive and not living in prison, or the regret and shame of killing someone. I learned my lesson, and I can only hope that pictures and stories can prevent someone from going through what I have or even worse, what other people have gone through, to an even greater extent.
