i had an authorized repair shop take a look at the f-king pos washing machine dat started to leak 6months in. thing soaked the utility floor and i was worried it would rot the floor.  guy said he cant find the leak so ended up spending 80 on a f-king tray to place under the pos washing machine. 
then the drier is another f-ked up story where the sensor falsely detects that the clothes are dry and stops prematurely. 
LG is a bunch of crap.
