billing issue. they kept combining paid for by points and paid for by credit card and shipment total reflecting total amount, not just the amount charged to credit card. this makes it impossible to know wat was actually charged to my credit card unless i go back and see how much they deducted from my points balance and subtract from the shipment total.

their order total and shipment total is not the same due to sales tax they started collecting this year.
