Probably will happen with most rotors after washing and letting the car sit for a while. A couple fun twisty roads and they will be free of rust again

I forgot who made them for my Cobalt, but they had a beautiful matte black coat over the high hats on the rotors. Never saw rust in any water or rain. Loved those things. Now I'm gonna go insane until I remember the name.
