Welp, found out every autoparts store in town has the exact same inventory. Think I can find any VHB tape locally? of course not, that would be too easy.
Now to look up body shop suppliers in town.

Bored and wanting so bad to get this the diffuser mounted. Mocked it up and held it on by the bigger center bolt. Test fit was great. just a tiny bit of stretching to get the top endges to fit into place. Looks like everything will be a breeze for the actual install.

Going to need a couple small washers for the exhaust hanger bracket to get everything lined up correctly but shouldnt be an issue.
