most i got was 315 on bench and now i can't even get 225 anymore. rotator cuff tear

Part two of my fall Hard apple cider. I had a small taste and its going to be good. I'm thinking it was because of all the sunshine we got this summer. It was drier than usual.

I did this when I was 17. Mix it with pineapple juice and you can't even tell it's alcohol. My dad drank a quart of it not knowing it was and almost fell over when he stood up

I've been making wine and beer with my grandfather for over 20 yrs. now that I am back east I make my own beer and cider since grapes are hard to come by in CT. We used to get grapes in Lodi and gilroy. My cider is my own recipe and this one is going to be around 10% now. Not as strong as I first thought.
