I'll keep you updated. Should take 1-2 weeks to arrive. And with my experience, 3 weeks to install.

lose weight, low weight x high reps. do 5-10min cardio before working out. do your workout, do another 20-30min cardio. eat clean and you'll lose the weight.

if you drink a lot, like i do. it will be a lot harder lol
