hahaha!! nice... My best friend remove the stock knob of his G35 and he destroy it hahahaha!! too bad that they dont know about this forum after i tell him... The only way I remove the stock knob is when he looks too ugly to be in there

I read everywhere that is a PITA to take it off

yah, my G apparently has a 20gal tank.

i always fill at around 1/2 so never really put much though into it besides it was about 20 gallons (for Stabil purposes).

According to Ken and Madwi, they shredded them. I just wrapped mine in electrical tape and gaffers tape first. Came off without any chewing. And it def had more locktite than normal. Only worried moment was trying to get a pipe wrench around the stalk.
