It's nice as you can add whatever you want to it. For a change of pace I sometimes get Turkey, avocado slices, bacon and a dash of hot sauce.

What kind of tortillas do you get? Have you tried using chicken breast or ham (or other lunch meats?)

I just get whatever tortillas the guy grabs, I do like the jalapeno ones though.
Any lunch meat works really well. Sliced roast beef with horseradish sauce and a good cheddar works well for me too

Chicken would work just as well in place of turkey. I have used pulled pork/chicken with BBQ sauce before and it turned out great

The sky is the limit to what you can use.
