so i figured out wat the 'catch' was for usps delivering the package on-time yesterday.

i opened the box and the part that i needed the most was NOT in it..

they delivered the 2nd shipment before the 1st shipment.

LOL!! when she dropped off the 2nd package and not the 1st package.

yes i made sure it was not on my roof. yes i checked down the street in the tennis court and random houses...
