Last night ended up being a cluster. Went back to a co-workers condo after a company event, DD got stuck in the alley, tow trucks refused to come to alleys because they said they'll get stuck too. That left the two of us digging and rocking the car for an hour, in dress clothes and ruining my favorite pair of wingtips. After that disaster we indulged in some scotch and a cigar.

Call to schedule an appointment and I'm told I don't need one and to just 'bring it by'. Arrive this morning and first thing I'm told is they might not be able to help me because they are full this morning and I should have made an appointment

Lucky for me they are able to help me because lots of people are late for their appointment
