Myself, I had a homemade steak wrap and apple slices with natural peanut butter. Also some lemon water. It was ok.

The other day I was at the gym and this jerkass was doing circuit training with half the equipment in the gym, he'd use something, leave a towel on it and all the weights, and then go use three other things and come back 10 minutes later like some kind of *******.
So we were using a piece next to the leg press he was using and he shoots me a look like he's pissed he's inconvenienced he has to walk around us to get to the leg press, so while he was doing his set I let a good one loose about 2 feet from his head. He had headphones on, I don't think he had any idea it was coming. |
