I have a big office with giant windows that's ground level with a huuuugggeeee field. I am praying it thunderstorms like crazy later today. So yes....we all have those days. And I like storms...

Just pound coffee and light a trash bin on fire. That usually gets everyone out of work earlier.

But I have to say the reason I brought this up was one time as an assistant superintendent on a new construction project I actually argued with a guy when he said his "time is money" cause I was wasting his timing trying to teach him how to do his own fuckin job. He insisted that the time he spent in the shitter was worth his normal working wage. He had been showing up late, taking two hour lunches and playing the disappearing act for the first three days of his work. We kicked him off the job that same day. I apologize for attributing that idiot's perspective to you :tiphat:

I get what you're saying, I mean, some people do think their time is way more valuable than it is.

I mainly just have too many hobbies for the amount of time I have. :icon17:

I enjoy a clean car but I honestly just want to keep it that way as quickly and easily as possible so I can do other fun stuff. And really, a black car with zero shade is not quick or easy unless you wash the car at dawn or dusk and I just don't always have time to do that, which meant my car stayed dirty longer than I wanted it to as well.

The initial $250 stung a little but I figure, if I spend $50 - 100 for a full summer of washes it's not that bad. Especially if I keep up with dusting it with quick detailer or using Optimum No Rinse or something and save the deionized water for when I get caught in a nasty rainstorm or get mud on the car or something.

Talked with the body shop and was quoted $500 to clear the hood and color match door handles. Time to setup the appointment :driving:
