Garage cleaning today. Moved the left over firewood back to wood pile. Swept all the leaves and winter crap out, tidied all the stuff that piled up over the winter.
Gassed up the pressure washer and about to wash the floor. If I am lucky maybe I can get a short cruise in today too :icon17:

Does anybody have a need for a micrometer holder? Maybe have a machinist friend that would want it? I found this old one I used with my Starrett digital mic laying around and thought maybe it would find a loving home rather than sit collecting dust.

Motored the Z. very nice drive through the back country roads. Hit up the expressway for a while just to cruise. 73* with a slight breeze and not a cloud in the sky, perfect.

Suppose to start raining tomorrow. I think it is going to be a detailing day in the garage.
This garage needs to be organized and power washed too but I ran out of energy for today lol.
This is going to be the dedicated detailing corner. I need to go on amazon and see what I can find for some good overhead lights and shelves/racks for organizing.

yeah, i think a nice big bank or two of flourescent will be good. Bring all the bugs to my yard if I am out there at night :icon17:
Turned on the normal bulbs out there and 4 out of 5 burned out, wtf?! Least those don't take a lot of energy to replace.

madwi 04-18-2015 02:42 PM

Lovin' the Griots spray wax and spray wash. I tried them on the hood today after short cruise, then I had to go back out again to look at the pretty, shiny hood

QD'd with speed shine after that run lol

madwi 04-18-2015 03:00 PM

Tomorrows line up I think is power wash/foam with Megs hyper wash soap and then dry with griots spray wax and for the heck of it slap on a coat of their best of show wax. Been a LONG time since I used a liquid wax.
