Looking for a good pair of shoes

For ~$200 I can pick up a great pair of A*'s, are there any other recommendations.

To drive in it's hard to beat Puma SpeedCats or Puma Replicats besides going to a real driving shoe (OMP, Oakley, Simpson)

i saw piloti's being sold in some j-mag i saw a few weeks ago. are they officially back in business?

my driving shoes are all piloti's.

the funny is most folks in japan only drive AT cars.. why bother wearing driving shoes in AT's.
