Small reward to help me get my money back from GTM.

Hello fellow Z family, my name is Andy, so as most of you already know about a year and a half ago, I purchased a MHI group buy tt kit. I still have not received a refund for the money I paid Sam for the kit. I have tried everything, paypal said sorry and go f@$! your self and so did my bank, then I waited for Sam to deliver but to no surprise (I know, flame suit on) never did. But now GTM doesn't answer my calls, I am pretty sure they are screening them, I've tried every number. So I finally filed a small claims case against Sam. It's going to suck because I am not made of money and taking the days off is going to hurt let alone the trip from Florida to California. So I was wondering if anyone would like a small reward if you can get Sam to send me my refund before the court hearing and save the trip. Maybe like $500 or maybe I buy you some parts? I really need the money to buy my little brother a car to get to school in. Contact me @ nine five four-six eight two-two eight zero six at any time thank you.

Sorry mods, please move to appropriate section if I am violating any rules or spread it to all sections to help get the word out, thank you.

The easiest and most effective way would be to Google his address. Leave your cell phone at home and make a drive with some friends.

With that said,
You may NEVER get your money back legally and he may NEVER suffer any consequences from that. Murica.

Trust me I know all about the reflections thread, the idea is for someone local to go to his shop and keep bothering the sh!t out of him till he pays up. If he was local to me, it would be a whole different ball game....

I like the way you think!

I would go see the guy in person, and let him know how much I wanted my money back, as I dont appreciate being robbed. He would have seen my point...I assure you. That being said, why not try and get your attorney to get the other people in on the case. Sadly I dont think this is a class action matter as the money in question is probably not enough. Makes me sad to be a human sometimes.

Unfortunately courts may award you the funds but they don't collect them for you. Even if you win you may still not get your money.

He can petition a court ordered levy on GTM's bank accounts for the amount GTM owed to him. It may take a while plus additional court fees but not all hopes are lost.

Is this guy in witness protection or something? With all these horror stories I'm reading about GTM, you'd think someone would have found him by now. If someone cheated me out of $1000s of dollars and I knew who it was, you better believe I'd be taking some PTO time from work to pay him a visit.

Yup....road trip time....stalk him home and ring his door bell asking for your money back. This tends to get someones attention if you know and they know where he lives.

Worked for me a few times.... :wtf2:

Will there be guns involved?

Only 4 negative reviews on Yelp? I'm wondering why the guys in the group buy aren't blasting this all over the social media to get he words out, that's one way to get their attention quickly.
