$4.09. Between the Patriot act and gas prices. I feel shackled. Don't tread on me!!! Lol

I'm surprised some a-hole hasn't come through with the "you gotta pay to play speech":ugh2: lol.

I guess I am doing pretty good only paying $3.75 a gallon here in Lubbock, Tx.

Holy thread necro batman! I clicked on this thread and looked at the first page and was like "WTF! How are these people paying so little for premium these days"!? Then I saw the date...

Looks like 99.9% of the posters here just post the price without much comments of blame/cure. Just take it:shakes head:
"anyone says that we could fix this is lying"
"tap oil reserves"
"ALGAE"
"inflate your tires"
"green energy"
These statements just don't work for me!

4.02 for Sunoco 93 octane.

It doesn't help that i'm only getting 17mpg due to 90% city driving.

I believe you're quoting the price per imperial gallon. Assuming you paid $1.46CAD/litre, that would be $5.58 USD per US gallon.

Premium in Ottawa is currently at $1.35 CAD/litre or $5.15 USD per gallon at today's f/x rate.

Hope to burn some of it later this week when the car comes out of hibernation. :happydance:

The cost of a cup of coffee at your favourite drive-thru cost more than gas by volume. Just sayin'.

Cup of coffee costs 5 cents if you make it yourself.

Spikuh 03-17-2012 10:12 AM

True but kinda apples and oranges. I rarely buy 50-60 litres of coffee at the drive-thru.

But then again, if cars ran on regular coffee, then the Z and the Max would require espresso and that would be ridiculously expensive.

Well...you do, but this is ******** and there is no excuse for it. Sure, you gotta pay to play, but that doesn't mean "piss money away for no reason and then make a catchy platitude to excuse it."

Yeah, and I don't drink 20 gallons of coffee a week, either.

Well I feel like my cars run on Starbucks..

4.25 in California..Nothing new...So I am not shocked..

At least the 370Z gets some Gas mileage..

In the Z/28, i feel like I am using the coffee that those monkeys poop out..At 8 miles to the gallon if i keep my foot out of it , or gallons per mile, if i jump on it, these hobbies are getting expensive..

But I digress, 4.25 for premium...

As for my coffee ? No starbucks, or monkey poo beans...Regular coffee....premium gasoline...

kenchan 03-17-2012 10:50 AM
