Paid $2.85 today.

Mike 11-06-2009 08:12 PM

2.88, I think, but I don't really pay attention. I do get a 5% rebate from costco for using my amex costco card though, so that really saved quite a bit when it was in the $4 range.

You have a link to that? That's because it's not true.

I paid $2.72 for 93 premium the other day here in Georgia. I wonder what it will be when I move back to California: probably more and only 91 premium :(

Zsteve 11-07-2009 08:51 PM

Think I paid $2.64 a gallon on a military post in GA.

j.arnaldo 11-08-2009 12:47 PM

Update: Down here, still stable at $2.69/gal (93 ROZ/RON).

I'm filling up at the shell across from Food Lion in Grovetown. They're usually pretty cheap (still a few cents above AAFES) and I drive by that station more than I do Gate 1.

Paid 2.73 for 93 V-Power at that Shell 2 days ago.

Related issue: Does the "oxygenated" Shell commercial convince any of you guys? I'm sticking with Texaco (Techron), based on the old adage: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Techron keeps those spark plugs, valves and combustion chamber nice'n'clean.
