Hey there fellow Z enthusiasts. I'm 4 months into ownership of my brand new 09 370Z Touring and it's been spectacular. I previously owned a 03 350Z for almost two years prior to trading it in for the 370 and WOW what a difference. The handling is the biggest improvement - just driving it off the lot I could tell right away that it was more nimble. I'm very happy.

In the months since purchasing I've added the Nismo wing and painted my calipers yellow all around. That's pretty much all my budget allows for after my monthly payments! I plan to continue mods focused on style rather than performance - I have a few more months before the HP increase (almost 50 for me coming from an 03 Z with 287) grows stale enough to make me want to start working the engine up. Also giving tuners plenty of time to experiment with it.

Recently I was fortunate to partake in 2 days of the Bullrun road rally, and the car made a huge splash there. Everyone was used to seeing the Porsches, Ferraris, Lambos, etc - but when the Z rolled on the scene heads would turn and mouths would open. It appeared in many YouTube videos of the event and will no doubt be in the official video as well - I was even interviewed about it by one of the cameramen. Hope I had my facts straight!!

That's probably enough rambling. I look forward to getting involved with the community here, see what everyone else is doing with their rides, etc.

Scuse me now, the car needs a wash for a show this weekend!

Welcome to the forum, sounds like you are rely enjoying your car. Do you have any pics that you could show us? Also if you you need a audio system done please look at my work as I would be more than happy to do an install for you, or at least help you find the parts that would fit your test in music and budget. Thinking Zele Exterior and might go for some Twins later on

Thanks guys. All of you looking for pics I already had some uploaded to an album in my profile - check em out.

I've also been to the 1/4 drag strip once but never got a decent launch and only pulled down a best time of 14s. Should be able to hit 13.5 if I can get the launch right. Best I could do in my 350 was 14.2

I looked at your Z wish list and those CinCity headlights are EXACTLY what I have recently been musing about doing myself. I'm still working the logistics and should have know someone else would have thought of it already :P Well I've been thinking about it for a few months now - I guess rather I should say someone else was faster at getting around to it
