I currently have a 2011 camaro 2SS/RS, Im used to have the power of a 6.2L V8, but honestly the car isn't as fun because of the visibility issue. Its so inconvenient to have a high performance car which you simply cannot drive with full confidence because of visibility issues, but with the Z, all visibility was great!
I recently rented a 2011 Camaro while traveling and the visibility is terrible all around. As mentioned, the Z's visibility is pretty good, but not perfect. A rear backup camera really helps. I have the AT and adding the Sprint Booster units also increases the responsiveness..especiailly when using the paddles.

Good Luck!
