For what it's worth, the dealership never should have agreed to install it on your car. Remote start is only safe on the automatics.

Thanks Steve. I REALLY do appreciate all the help. I am new to this forum and thought I could get some help with what happened. It's embarrasing and I had no idea about the darn thing.
