Default Buying a 370z. Help!

I have a 2009 e92 m3, and it's just getting way too expensive for me, and now im seriously considering a 370z, sti, or evo x. However, the 370z is hands down 80% what i'm getting. I had a question, about whether you guys think I should get the 370 touring w/ sport, Nismo Z, or the 40th anniversary. Take into regards the best price I can get, as well as which is the ideal car. If I get the sport touring i'm going to probably get black/persimmon leather...and if I get a Nismo that in black as well....any other preferences as to what I should consider? AND OH, im getting the synchrorev manual.
