Stillen cold air intake question

I'm getting my intake tuesday, i have no garage, when it rains do the filters get wet ? is it bad for the engine ? or can i still drive normally, no speeding, just regular driving in the rain.??

Guys this post was a mistake, nevermind this post, i dont know how to delete it lol. There was a mis-confusion on the intake i was discussing.
