Is the 4.5 inch ground clearance behind the rear wheels or between the rear wheels?

It's about 9 inches behind the center of the rear wheels...maybe 10 inches, I took a quickie measure. I must have lowered my car 1.5 inches cause I have exactly 3 inches between the ground and the lowest point of my F.I. exhaust.

Just a thought, how about a slightly reduced cost on the long tubes for those that have already purchased a system from ya.
