but if its a cone filter.. then those flanges are allowing the air to pass through it without going through the filter... thats our point.. it doesn't matter if it's a lambo or a civic. It isn't ever good to run unfiltered air

dont do a dyno, it's a waste of money

It almost looks as though the hole in the filter going to the filter from the fangs has some type of filter in it, but I can't exactly tell.
