Personally, I would never mess with a pulley, if the replacement a few grams off of balance, it could cause long term issues with the engine. THAT BEING SAID, some people will say what I just said is BS, and that it wont hurt the engine, and im sure one of them will comment on here with a suggestion.
I will however suggest a lightweight flywheel if you're looking to rev faster.
