Exhaust Control Valve installation ?

Does anybody know where to put the valve cable ? I got the part on the Y pipe but I have no idea where to put the cable from the

Does anybody know where to put the valve cable ? I got the part on the Y pipe but I have no idea where to put the cable from the inside to outside out the car. My GTHAUS is killing everybody behind me and I'm trying to reduce the sound for DD. My cable looks like this one.
