Let me tell you something scotty, I work in an the financial industry as midoffice.

I have many times come close to telling people to f-off. But remember, as a service provider you are always wrong. Even when you are right.

You should also not be putting in all these allegations and banter. That's unprofessional. This is a public section and let's everyone see your ability to solve issues.

Tldr, you need to learn what it means to be a service provider if you want to last more than a year.

And I will, 100%! But I'm not doing that till I have everything. I have no m370 plate! And since you have an upper and lower from us and you havnt returned yours yet, I'm not doing the TB refund. I wouldnt be if he never started up here putting my name down and asking for full refund when he has all my parts plus his parts and again he wants a full refund. That's stealing at this point. And I think we are a pretty good service provider sending him an upper and lower pretty much for free! But now that he has those free parts we are waiting on the returns but he already did a PayPal claim. To me that screams theft! Nothing can stop him from keeping everything and getting his money returned through PayPal.

Anyways... When u receive the parts just issue a refund and PayPal claim goes away. Pay back the amount u said u would and all is good. I still do not understand that when u say you are not going to pay me a thing even when you receive the cores how and why would I tolarate that??? The threats and coming in here saying I am a thief is sad. Obviously u have not read a thing I said. I expect a refund when you receive the two remaining cores. You saying that you will not because I delt with Shawn and not u is u acceptable..

So Scott your saying you dont have the cores back in your possession yet?
But once you do have them already in you possession you will be willing to refund him what is due for the core exchange? Right?

I feel sorry for Sean (or Shawn, however he spells his name). He's not here to defend his company name and reputation from Scott. No one on this forum will probably request his companies services again, and I can assure that this will be shared amongst other communities too (I'll post a link to this thread on the 370Z FB pages if it hasn't been posted already) advising them to stay away from Synergy.

I agree with you but from the little we know about Sean, I would not say the last part...or instead say to deal with Synergy directly and not Scott...I don't see it right bashing a guy's living due to someone that is not directly connected to them.

I specified "dealing with Scott", but for an owner to sit idly by and allow this to happen to his business name and reputation shows a level of incompetence as well, which is why I asked if anyone had actually contacted him - if he even knows that this is going on.

Just to clarify synergy and Shawn...He has been nothing but excellent and would do business with him anytime. He will be working on some CF parts for the G down the road hopefully and would gladly give him my money. Nothing but great customer service from Shawn..
