But I've already answered. I answered a member who I thought needed an answer, not one that didn't and I was told to ignore. I don't see what me spending has anything to do with anything. If you have a Gen 3 that's $500 does that mean anything to me or others if you put down 280rwhp with just that? I don't see a link to anything besides just wanting to be nosy. If that's the case then fine, I'll make a thread saying "what did you spend?." I don't see any reason to reply other than to brag but hell lets go for it! I'll make a list right now for you even though 90% of my cost is in my BUILD THREAD where this stuff normally goes. I've also included the porting money somewhere here or in my build thread. I'll also include my urine and blood sample for everyone to see. If this all makes you feel better then I feel somewhat sorry for you that your day needed filled knowing I spent like 2k on HP and people like 1slow spent $10k+.

Also I don't see what my vender status a few days ago has anything to do with the back and forth CRAP I've received for over a year. I didn't know me paying to be here eliminated all hate I have for a certain person that never lays off or backs down. I guess getting married or having a baby fixes all relationship problems too. I'll remember that.

But isn't that the point of this open forum? this is in the intake/exhaust section and intend to keep my car NA while looking at possibilities to improving the HP hence my 'nose poking'. One vendor will sell gen 3's for 500 another might sell for 450 another for 475. The whole point is trying to find out our cost to build is so that we share our resources to find out if a potential vendor is over charging you or not. And even if you have, it reverts back to my original question of 'validity and skepitcal about price'. If you were able to get NEW gen 3's for 250, I would call that BS because I know that even used that's a bargain. I'm trying to do you a favour in seeking clarity of your claims but you've come off a bit strong.

What you sell to another person may not be the same price as someone who can bargain, that's private and I do not care for those #'s I care about what listed price was so I can make an informed decision. After all the 'mods' you've done, get a price point. Your new port and polish and see the price point again, to determine 'would it be worth it for me'. You've placed this into the tech section and regardless if you agree or not people want to know price points to determine if it's within budget. I know I don't have an unlimited tap of cash and I want to first do the mods that I can afford that will give me reasonable gains.

And go ahead and report people that you are not comfortable with, but I will restate this again in more simple terms. Personal PM's are NOT public hence should NOT be made public unless explicitly expressed by the other party. So unless TRIPS said 'go ahead and post our conversation in regards to blablabla' that is against the rules.

But I can't give you true numbers you seek till you see the dyno one the 30th. My prices/hook ups have nothing to do with this topic or me from here on out. I get that! That's why I have a FOR SALE THREAD!!! MINES from Japan are $1600 after cores, Z1's are $895 after cores, my TB's are $305 after cores! I don't think I'm the one you need to worry about! My upper is also $70-80 cheaper than Z1. Again, why are you worried about me? I'm sorry if I come off as strong, it's to one member and one member ONLY! I have also shown the increase in CnC/porting WITH the weight savings!! I don't see how I could POSSIBLY show you more info! Z1 doesn't show you that. They just say buy our 62mm TB's and that's it! Mine are 63mm, mine have flat head screws installed, mine are also machined to have a thinner butterfly shaft. This has all been said before and still mine are the cheapest. If you want more info then search the FS thread and ask people who have bought and are happy. I literally can't do anymore.

Well then show me the rule book. Because if you ever PM a person what they paid or got done and both parties don't know you're getting the info...then we all need banned 1000 times over.

PS, again I'm so lost how you think what I paid for stuff has any bearing on this topic. Do you ask owners of a dealership what their hold back and floor planning is on new and used cars? No you don't because it's not your business. They'll tell you invoice and rebates. You don't get to ask what he sold the same car to his wife for.

I understand you may be having a dispute with others and you will never see eye-to-eye with everyone. Fair enough, but I feel that you are unjustly vindicating a few other members that have asked valid questions that I think is beneficial to know.

Than to answer you and everyone for the hundredth time, I'd show you the FS post!!! I'm not sure why we are still talking about this as I've said it again and again. I do not discuss price here, that's why I have a FS thread for which I've been selling for months. I've also already said you can search me and click my name and my threads started. I've also posted the link! But you even said and I quote

"Circling around my question but not answering it so let me clarify. They were asking you the price of your build because they were interested but you did not respond constructively. I'm not asking what your vendor price is, I was asking you what the cost of your build is."

So which is it??! You want my personal info with venders or you want what it will do to your wallet? Make up your mind.
