Let's wait for everyone to say Megan is crap...
(I disagree)

That's a weird noise. Is it hitting your EVAP canister cover? Or subframe crossmember brace?

Default exhaust tip maybe?

no its not hitting anything, its coming from the inside of the exhaust and MAYBE because of this part of the exhaust tip

exhaust tip.jpg

Its not flat to the pipe before the tip and its sticking out so maybe im guessing its coming from there because when i tried to block that part with something so the airflow o sound will go straight the weird sound is gone

lol sorry for the bad drawing so its like that from the picture above

did it just start making this sound ?
look for a heat shield vibrating or it can be that something is rattling inside the can itself

The note after the rev is normal.

The stock exhaust as well as the cats muffle that deceleration sound or rasp pretty good But it comes with a price of being pretty restrictive.

Again for the type of aftermarket exhaust you're running its normal.

exhaust hiss is normal on the vq motors, just watch any exhaust video on youtube, you'll heard it on most...this video you can hear it real well, compare it to yours and see if it is what you care hearing.

I'm so confused with your problem... The pictogram didn't help much

Can you take the tip off completely and see how it sounds

on thing i could think of is the steel liner in the muffler vibrating, or an issue with "the double layer silencer" i would try removing the silencer first looks like you may need to drill out the rivets though

Yeah, I couldn't tell if it had a silencer, although the diagram looked like it... If it is the silencer, I don't know why you'd need one in the first place, lol
