@future: I semi agree with you but rasp is only between 2500-3000rpm (my setup) but once off that range its Sweet music.

yes rasp noise is killing me between 2700 to 3500 in 30-40% throttle but sounds like its coming from catback but could it be because of 2.75" test pipes ? I bought Pro-1 70mm with resonator and I was wondering that maybe its cheap resonator rattle ? when i used to have Test pipes+ y pipe and stock catback it never made that nosie . had a little leak where new joined old too and still did not make that noise

Having hard time shifting 1st to 2nd when cold and lots of wining and bearing noise untill it warms up . tryed 85w85, 75w90, 85w90, mt85 and mt90 and no luck . I was going to run motor oil in transmission like hondas do ? anyone tried ? 10w40 should be same as 75w-90 which seems too think when cold so I was thinking about 5w30 or 5w40 If can find because 5w motor oil will be like 65w gear
oil when 40 motor oil is same as 90 gear oil . any input?


Exhaust might be from ebay and people hating on it and I was scared paying 500+ for catback and 300+ test pipe/y pipe combo and it was a risk but it did fit great everything, lines up perfect. I dont know its just so cheap and it fits so good that I cant resist lol I had one m2 exhaust on my 3000GT vr4 and it lasted for 6 years nice and shiny

Don't know about the gear oil I'm 7AT but the rattlet/rasp you hear where the Cat Back is located, THIS MY EDUCATED GUESS I could be wrong, but I believe it could be the Heat Shield that's bolted up that's on top of the stock cat back. I think that due to Vibrations its making it "rattle" therefore you feel there's rasp. I CAN be wrong but its something I'm looking into and damn man 2.75" pipe :0 must be sweet mine 2.5" straight through No Resonators.
