no, takeda refuses to believe their product is designed porely (no heat shields) of course you can get good gains with the hood open and a giant fan blowing fresh

of course you can get good gains with the hood open and a giant fan blowing fresh air directly into the engine bay Takeda!, this is how Takeda tested these on a dyno. real world with the hood closed and the fact that the engine bay is very well sealed off from the top and front bottom half. thus no air movement other than the small holes that the stock air filter boxes hooked up to...i.e. not enough air flow.

bottom line is, all these are good for is raising the sound bar up a notch...my ecm had a hellova time adjusting to these crappers in the mid texas heat of the summer too...


ill be replacing these pos's with ingens soon...
