The OEM crap gears are only good for 7500rpm, much over that and you get failures and that is an engine-killer, so NISMO billet gears and an Accusump are the way to go (or a dry-sump kit but they are a serious investment).

Gears in the oil pump that create the pressure to circulate the oil thru the engine.

You're in ausi, get PPG to make a replacement. If I could run above 7500 safely I'd do it.

Mods should ban these people forever .. he could of come back for a feedback, either good or bad!

Downshift is Doran Racing, I think they have more concerns about racing their cars than working on a product for the consumer market. Also they have to stick to very strict rules on what changes they can do with their cars so what they produce may not fit what others want.

Think before you post.

It was built, it worked, it's on hold for the time being. Downshift has a lot on his plate being a race car driver and all.

And it also requires a looooot of $$$.
Have to weigh all the options and the way we wanted to make/ design it... It would not be cheap... For us or the end. User.
