Test pipes install, fail. Opinions and advice please!

yeah, im thinking of using my small dremel and just go to work on that bolt, same with the driver side. cut the head of the bolt and slip in some new ones.

Any news? Post pics when you get it out and the new install. I'm gonna tackle mine in a couple of months and would appreciate all the info...
