Hey guys
i took my Z to the shop yesterday and had my Ark DTS installed. It sounds great but when i took it out to drive it this morning i hear rattling undery passenger seat. and when i run over bumps on the hwy, the rear rattles where the muffler is. Am going to take it to the shop again to see what they say. What do you guys think?

I think you should get under it and take a look, try to wiggle it around and see if you can tell what is making the noise. There is a lot of stuff under there that can vibrate and make noises. Is it only when you hit bumps, or is it from the vibration of the exhaust too? It is better to have a good idea of what is making the noise when you take it to the shop, because i have gone in with rattles and noises and they "fixed" it only to find out it was not really fixed because they could not find the cause

Over bumps is 100% the exhaust hitting the rear brace

I'm with DE.50, sounds like part of the exhaust is hitting the frame. Your installer should be able to adjust things.

its the under body cross brace. its sitting on it. You have to adjust the y/x pipe up.

took it back to the shop and had it fixed.
the ARK DT-S exhaust is a 3" I believe and it was sittig on the cross bar. So they added spacers to it to give it a bit more space. Its all good now. no more rattling
