FI CBE w/o resonator or 12" resonator?

I have non-res and really like it except for my wife on long trips. I almost had Tony switch in an 18" for me but I bought her a nice Bose headset instead so she can tune it out and enjoy her tunes whenever she like it and I can enjoy the drive. The great sound is too much to waste with resonators.
