What was your solution to make the Y pipe fit on the stock cats?

With a little force you can bend the pipe (or the cat depending) enough to slip over the cat bolts. Not hard to do.

So i plan on getting this exhaust in spring. For the price its not bad. Notice any power gains? any other concerns than fitment? and how loud is it from the outside?

For the money.. The Invidia Gemini is a much better investment. The quality is far superior, seriously. The Top Speed is loud in the cabin and out, and not in a good way... just annoying. It is cheap for certain and as unrefined as they come.

I ended up just giving the Top Speed away to a kid down the street to use for whatever on his 3000GT.... and I couldn't be happier with the Invidia.

I think I'm gonna try the top speed exhaust out but with art pipes . anyone think a good idea? Art pipes refine sounds and make note deeper
