Code P0300 Randon/Multiple Cylinder misfire. Could this be related to the exhaust install, or perhaps the fact that it was a cold, rainy morning when the SES light came on?

Code P0300 Randon/Multiple Cylinder misfire. Could this be related to the exhaust install, or perhaps the fact that it was a cold, rainy morning when the SES light came on? I'll probably post on the more general engive/drivetrain section, but wondered if anyone else encountered this code after a CBE install.
I erased the code, and no light upon first start up.
