Any updates?

Installed my non resonated cbe last thursday and all i can say is WOW. :tiphat: to Tony and Fast Intentions for great customer service and a superb product.

I went with the non resonated as well, just waiting my turn currently. How awesome does this thing sound and do you have hfc's as well?

Finally got the car tuned today (at HP Logic btw), and now the overwhelming smell of unburnt fuel that was always present when you got out of the car after pulling into the garage is almost completely gone. Car's running soo much smoother now too. Pulls strong all the way to redline, these LTH's and CBE are awesome! :tup:

Sounds good man I am waiting for mine in August. What numbers did you pull from them?

well, it'll be an apples to oranges comparo until I can get the car back to Trick Pro where I do all my dynoing and see what the delta is now that the car is tuned and also has K&N drop ins.

At HP Logic, we put done 290 whp after the tune (+6whp). They have a mustang dyno there.

At Trick Pro, we put done 296 whp baseline. With LTH and CBE we dyno'ed 326 whp (+30whp). I need to get back there adn see what the drop ins plus uprev netted. I'm going to guesstimate that we'll dyno 335whp. Trick Pro has a superflo dyno.

That sounds really good man. I did a baseline on a dyno jet stock and got 285whp. I can't wait to get all my mods done.

The sound is real deep and loud. I get a little rasp around 2300 rpm but i actually like it. I also got the lth's but havent had them installed yet.

Sweet thats what I want. I told Tony I want it loud as hell as long as it sounds great, should have mine mid-August #347. Congrats on the setup, those LTHs are gonna be sick too.

Installed mine today and damn!!! I went with the Non-Resonated SS option as I recently had the muffler delete setup (which I know a lot of people hate). However, it's almost equivalent as far as loudness but much more defined and a deeper overall sound - which I really like.

I just replaced my back tires so that was a bummer to add that cost in with the exhaust but hey, I really can't complain?!

Hey, just curious. Does anyone get like somewhat of a "rattly" type of noise at certain times with their exhaust? I cant tell if its the exhaust, a little rasp since I have the HFC's or if its something in the trunk, or just normal...

I don't have such issue; I have the cats as well. You may want to check that nothing is loose with the exhaust itself. If not, it is highly likely that the exhaust causes rattle in your trunk. I have dynamat in my trunk so that may be why I don't have the type of noise you are referring.

Hmmnn, Ill have to listen again, could just be paranoid hahaha.

hahah was paranoia lol. Took it for a run at lunch, sounds fine. I think what i was hearing was the little bit of sputter you get when driving slow and changing gears... I also think the Sycro Revmatch adds to that a bit because it spikes hard....

Pelican, if you hear it again, maybe check the heat shield near the p-side muffler (the one that gets bent back during the install). Could need another adjustment?

Hey, I actually did notice it again. Its when I just let off the gas at low rpm's, like barely on the gas and let off at like 2 - 2500. Sounds like something slightly rattling/shaking. Ill have to take a look underneath and see if its the exhaust or trunk, hard to tell, it may even just be the noise the exhaust makes from the back pressure gurgle/sputter. I thought the shop took that shield off completely but thats the type of noise im getting, so ill have to check.

I had settled on getting the F.I. exhaust with 18" resonators and stock cats I think people said? I don't remember tbh.

Anyone have the full catback with 18" resonated test pipes? (if they come that big). If so, how loud is it inside the car? Not to worried about outside the car.

Rest. test pipes + 12" rest TDX exhaust.
Loud at 2K - 2300 rpms.... but a good loud nothing annoying just need to talk a little louder or bump the music a little more too...

I just wanted to say thanks to Tony and the Fast Intentions team for installing my CBE with carbon fiber cans and Injen intake this week. I went non-resonated and the sound is intoxicating. I got to drive through several tunnels on the way home and couldn't believe the refined tone of the exhaust.

All of those waiting for this exhaust try to be patient. It's definitely worth the wait.

Has Tony Chimed in lately? I am looking to make a move and shot off a PM, but I guess I should have just called or emailed him. Kinda tough to contact folks from the desert without playing one sided phone tag.........

Below is the most recent update. As you can see, we are running a little behind. My inventory of mufflers and tips were late and I received them late last Thursday night. We are building away as we speak and as you can see, 7 even possibly 8 systems will be either shipped or installed by the end of this week.

Now you will see that customers #335, 336 & 343 are installed or will be by the end of this week. If you are ahead of them please stay patient. When the ordered 8-9 weeks ago just like you, this is what worked for their schedule with installation dates.

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to call me directly. In addition, I will do my best as always to keep you all informed.

Just put in my order today for the CBE with 18" resonators. I had stopped by Tony's shop last week to see and hear a 370Z install he was doing and I was very impressed. The quality is top notch. Looking forward to the install.
