Best sounding intake?

I agree with above. The gen 3's dropped the tone noticeably, even before my CBE. I would imagine, however, that most "long tube intakes" will sound the same takeda etc...

I agree with above. The gen 3's dropped the tone noticeably, even before my CBE. I would imagine, however, that most "long tube intakes" will sound the same takeda etc... As for short ram, if power is not your goal (*GASP*) then I would look into the typhoon or Takeada's, my freind had a short ram on his 350 and it made the "hiss" much more noiceable and the overall sound a bit deeper. But the throaty growl from the gen3's when you punch it around 5k rpm is awesome and unmatched I would go that route if I were you
