What an idiot I would have cut him off and told him bring porky on down. Here in the state of California you need to have your headlights at 21 inches from the ground to have a legal lowered car height. God this guys a real moron what if you drove a Vette or a Ferrari then what would you still be considered you guys. Also this guy obviously is not a car guy if he showed you no empathy.
