The only part of the exhaust that is mild steel are the flanges and they are nickel plated. The insides of them are mig welded and then sanded down to a nice port and polished look and feel with no restriction. When they are completed they are sprayed with a high temp. clear paint to ensure the surface of the flange does not rust. This surface is the connection point to another flange and has a gasket sandwiched in between it.

If you have nay questions at all, please do not hesitate to call me directly.

Thank you, Tony
