Is this common for the 370Z exhaust flanges/bolts to rust?

Thanks for the input. I'm gonna try to brush some of it off with a wire brush, does anyone have a suggestion for a spray that is good for high

I'm gonna try to brush some of it off with a wire brush, does anyone have a suggestion for a spray that is good for high heat areas like this one? Or will the spray just melt off with the daily drive?
